Expertive Kaufland OTTO Sync ("the App") is developed and operated by Expertive ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our Shopify application.
When you install and use the App, we may process the following information:

Product information, including titles, descriptions, SKUs, EAN/GTIN, prices, inventory, images, and variants

We use this information solely to provide the requested marketplace integration and synchronization services.
If you use Shopify Flow with the App, we process the product and inventory events and actions required to execute your configured workflows.

Connect your Shopify store with Kaufland and OTTO Market
Create and update marketplace listings
Synchronize product information, prices, and inventory
Store marketplace identifiers and synchronization status in Shopify metafields
Execute Shopify Flow automations configured by you
Provide, maintain, and improve the App
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide customer support
Detect and prevent unauthorized use or abuse of the App
We do not sell your personal information.
The App is designed to minimize the amount of data stored outside Shopify.
Where possible, product and marketplace-related information is stored using Shopify's APIs and metafields. Certain technical information, authentication information, synchronization data, logs, and configuration data may be stored on our servers when necessary to operate the App.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When you connect a marketplace account, information may be exchanged with the relevant marketplace through its APIs to perform the synchronization functions you request.

You may disconnect a marketplace account or uninstall the App at any time.
When the App is uninstalled, we will handle stored data in accordance with Shopify's requirements and our applicable data-retention obligations. Data that is no longer required for legitimate business or legal purposes will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
